Your order will be processed once the full payment has been received, including any delivery costs where required. Julietromeltd.co.uk have the right to cancel any order without notification, if this occurs, a full refund will be given including all delivery cost, this payment will be made to the card/account that made the purchase. Juliet Rome Ltd do not accept cash for any purchases made on the julietromeltd.co.uk website. The contract is between the purchaser and Juliet Rome Ltd and does not affect your legal statutory rights.
Juliet Rome Ltd will try our best to meet the required/stated delivery times we give to you. However, we will not be responsible for any delays in delivery outside our stated times, due to any act of God, delivery company delays or any act that prevents your order being delivery. Juliet Rome Ltd will use a reputable delivery company to supply your purchased goods. We will deliver to the mainland UK, for a delivery outside of mainland UK, please send a delivery address before you place any order where there is no delivery cost stated, we will give you a delivery cost. Most of the smaller items on julietromeltd.co.uk will have the delivery costs included in the price to mainland UK, please get in contact if your delivery address is outside the UK for smaller items. We will always try to accommodate your delivery needs; you can pick up locally from our storage unit or meet at a set location for a transfer. We cannot guarantee that a delivery will arrive on a Bank Holiday or Sundy. All deliveries must be signed for by a adult and full insurance for the order will be applied to the delivery cost. Deliveries left at non attended addresses must be given in writing. These items delivered would be left at your risk only. If no prior arrangement for a delivery is made and there is no one to accept the goods, you will be contacted to rearrange the delivery. A handling cost may be applied where required.
All goods purchased must be returned in the same condition they were in at the time of purchase, please get in contact within 14 days of delivery if you are not satisfied to arrange a collection of the item. A full refund will be given except for the return delivery costs, this refund will be made to the purchasers account only, once the item has been returned is in the condition it was sent. We will retain photographic evidence for our reference. In the unlikely event of an item has been damaged in delivery then please get in contact as soon as possible at julietrome.co.uk to arrange a collection. This does not affect your legal statutory rights as a consumer.
